Dymo Labelwriter: I can't find my label size in the Dymo Label Software (DLS)

If you're unable to find a specific label size in the Dymo Label Software (DLS) v8 then please try the following:

  1. Close all DYMO applications.
  2. On your keyboard, press the Windows key (four squares or flags, located in the bottom left corner) together with the “R” key.
  3. In the Run window, please type in %LocalAppData%.
  4. Delete both the "DYMO" and "Sanford,_L.P" folders.

This deletes the config files, but it doesn’t delete the software, or address book, or saved labels.  This will reset some of your preferences, so you will need to reset those after (file > preferences).

This is a known fix for this issue.  If this doesn't work then it's possible that the label size you have is newer than the software - please note that this software has been replaced, so Dymo are not updating it for new labels.
