From Mojave onwards the software switches to DYMO Connect for Desktop, which also supports the new 550 series:
v1.4.3 for macOS 10.15 Catalina
v1.4.7 for macOS 11 Big Sur / Monterey / Ventura / Sonoma / Sequoia
