Dymo Network Print Server with Mac OS X 10.12 Sierra (and later)

The Dymo Network Print Server is compatible with Mac OS 10.8 "and later".  However, the optional setup software only works up to OS 10.11 "El Capitan"; from "Sierra" onwards the software does not work.

The optional software is used to configure Print Server settings such as static or dynamic IP. However, the same thing can be done via web browser if you type in the address field the IP of Print Server.  By default it's set to 192.168.1.100

If everything is connected properly, you can click Apple icon, go to System Preferences - Printers and Scanners and hit the "+" button below the list of printers. If the computer is connected to the same network as Print Server, the printer will be displayed on the list of devices and can be added as a network printer. OS X will install drivers automatically.
