1. THE OFFER
1.1 This partial reimbursement offer is only available on purchases of one of the below
mentioned DYMO machines within United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland between
September 1st 2013 and December 31st 2013 inclusive.
1.2 Purchases made after December 31st 2013 will not be eligible under this promotion.
1.3 Only one entry per company/person is allowed (same address, same name or same IP
address).
1.4 This is an offer for end-users customers only and is not applicable to retailers or those
purchasing in order to resell the products. Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd reserves the right
to request any additional information to evidence that the purchaser is indeed end-user. All
participants must be registered in/resident of the above mentioned countries.
1.5 All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.6 This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
2.1 To enter the promotion, purchase one of the below mentioned DYMO machines:
Rhino 4200, Rhino 4200 Kit Case, Rhino 5200, Rhino 5200 Hard Case Kit, Rhino 6000 and Rhino
6000 Hard Case Kit in United Kingdom or in the Republic of Ireland only, during the promotional
period: September 1st 2013 to December 31st 2013 inclusive.
2.2 To claim the reimbursement:
1/ Submit a fully and correctly completed form via www.dymo.com/anddone or
www.dymoanddone.dymo.com till January 15th 2014 inclusive.
2/ Follow the instructions on the webpage, print out the completed form with unique reference
number, and stick the original barcode cut from the product packaging, onto the form.
3/ Send this form with barcode in a sealed and stamped envelope together with a valid proof of
purchase to the following address: DYMO 50% Cash back, Compass House, Vision Park, Chivers
Way, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9AD, United Kingdom, until January 31st 2014 inclusive.
Photocopies of the barcode are not acceptable.
All documents must be sent before January 31st 2014 (as evidenced by the date as postmarked).
2.3 No claim sent in another way than the above described process will be processed.
2.4 Claims that are incomplete, incorrect, illegible or sent after January 31st 2014, will not be
processed The promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims delayed, lost or completed
incorrectly or incompletely.
2.5 Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
3. THE REIMBURSEMENT:
This offer is strictly as follows:
3.1. The reimbursement will amount up to 50% of the purchase price in the limitations mentioned
below:
For Republic of Ireland:
Rhino 4200 = €52, Rhino 4200 Kit Case = €52, Rhino 5200= €74, Rhino 5200 Hard Case Kit =€102,
Rhino 6000= €126, Rhino 6000 Hard Case Kit = €177.
For UK:
Rhino 4200 = 42£, Rhino 4200 Kit Case= 42£, Rhino 5200 = 60£, Rhino 5200 Hard Case Kit= 82£,
Rhino 6000 = 102£, Rhino 6000 Hard Case Kit= 143£.
3.2 The reimbursement will be provided in the form of an electronic transfer payment payable to the
company/person named on the claim form in the currency used for the purchase. No other
arrangement will be entered into.
3.3 The Promoter will endeavour to process all claims within 8 weeks of receipt of the claim form.
However, please note that the Promoter shall not be liable for any claim that is not processed
within this time frame.
4. THE PROMOTER

5. DISCLAIMERS
5.1. Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd reserves the right to void, amend, and/or change this
promotion at any time and change the conditions without incurring any liability whatsoever.
5.2. Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any
nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion.
5.3 Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where
such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such
circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war,
earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of god, supervening legislation, or events which,
without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory
execution.
5.4 Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd shall not be liable for any failure in communication services
such as post or internet.
6. JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. In the event of any dispute
over interpretation or implementation of these Terms and Conditions on any matter related to this
offer, the decision of the directors of Newell Rubbermaid UK Services Ltd is final.

You have the right to access, modify and delete your personal information from our records. To do
