Possible cause:
The installation cannot find the correct location of the file UNIDRV.dll

Solution:
For Windows 2000:

  1. On the Windows taskbar, click Start, point to Search and click For files or folders.The Search Results window is displayed.
  2. In the Search for Files or Folders named box, type UNIDRV.DLL and click Search now.The search results are displayed.
  3. Type in file paths, one by one, into the browser box of the error message until one of them is accepted.One of these files is most probably the correct one to use:
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\sp2.cab
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\sp1.cab
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\driver.cab

For Windows XP:

  1. On the Windows taskbar, click Start and click Search. The Search Results window is displayed.
  2. Click All Files and Folders.
  3. Click More Advanced options.
  4. Select Search system folders and select Search subfolders
  5. In the All or part of the file name box, type UNIDRV.DLL and click Search. The search results are displayed.
  6. Type in file paths, one by one, into the browser box of the error message until one of them is accepted. One of these files is most probably the correct one to use:
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\sp2.cab
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\sp1.cab
  • C:\WINDOWS\Servicepackfiles\i386\driver.cab
