FAQ: Can't select the correct font size on my Dymo Rhino 5000 Label Printer

Q) We have a RhinoPro 5000 and it seems to have locked up with S being the only font size that it will print with. I have tried various online sites and done as they suggest, can you advise a way to fix it please? The tape size is 19mm and the switch in the tape compartment is also set to 19mm.

A) Try a gentle reset by draining the power – switch it off, remove the battery and mains power, and press the on/off button 20 times. Then reconnect the battery/power.

I have a used 5000 and one that has never been out of the box.
