I have a faulty Rhino 3000 / 5000 printer - what to do?

Has your old Dymo Rhino 5000 or 3000 printer developed a fault?  Has the cutter stopped cutting, or are you getting a fatal error message on the display?

If so, and you are in the UK, please contact us ASAP for a solution!

ps. Also applies to ILP219's, and Rhino 6000's

My Dymo 3000 runs continuously as soon as batteries are inserted, and the screen is corrupted. Is it a common fault

If this is a Rhino 3000 then it was discontinued like a decade ago... if it's a Dymo 3000 then it's even older. It sounds like it's just broken, which isn't that surprising given it's age.
