Troubleshooting: Dymo Rhino 5200 Labeller with print quality issues (broken / faded text)

If the output from your Dymo Rhino 5200 printer onto Vinyl tape looks of poor quality, but the quality is fine when printing on other tapes then you can try increasing the power:

  • Switch the 5200 off
  • Press and hold the '8' key
  • Press and release the on button
  • Release the '8' key
  • Increase the value to the maximum

Hello, this article is about faded text on the label. If you're having trouble with the screen please contact Dymo Tech Support via their website. After of course having checked the obvious stuff, like the batteries.
