Here's how to perform a factory reset for the Dymo LabelManager 210D labeller:

  • switch off the printer
  • press and hold 'backspace' button and then press '9' button and on/off button together

I have the DYMO 210D. New batteries, a plug in cord, new tape. The logo comes on then the tape size (1/2”). Then it won’t go to any thing else. I can turn it off & on. I turned it off, held the backspace button, then the 9 & Off/On button together to no avail. I like this label maker & don’t want to spend another $70 on a new one. Thank you

If this doesn't fix it then your best bet is to contact Dymo directly and request a replacement under warranty. If the device is out of warranty (2-3 years depending on country) then talk to Dymo Tech Support (please note we are not Dymo) anyway, they may be able to suggest something.
