Mac OS X Yosemite 10.10 system upgrade causes problems with Dymo LabelWriter 400 / 450 series label printers. Fix.

It has been discovered that some LabelWriter printers manufactured after April 1, 2014 will not properly install on Windows 7 PCs when attached to a USB 3.0 port. DYMO has developed an update that will fix this problem on these printers.

Performing a self test can help you determine basic functionality, such as confirming the print head in the LabelWriter is functioning correctly, that the label sensor is working, and that the device is receiving power.
